Once proof approval is received by Streetsigns.com, the ship dates are established, and the products are shipped using UPS. However, it is important to note that Streetsigns.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY UPS DURING SHIPIING.WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, SUCH AS WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ACTS OF GOD. Please ensure that a street address is provided for every order, as we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
After the product has been shipped, any issues related to lost or delayed packages will be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping company. If you have a specific deadline, it is recommended to request expedited shipping, as ground shipments are not guaranteed to meet time-sensitive requirements. In the event of a delay in package delivery by UPS or any other shipping company, we will not refund the cost of the banner. Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the actual shipping cost refunded to Streetsigns.com by the shipping company. Please be aware that lost packages will be replaced only after confirmation of loss by the shipping company, which typically takes 7-10 business days after initiating a lost product inquiry. We strongly advise placing your order in advance, as we have no control over delivery once the product has left our facility.
For customers who wish to insure their shipment, shipping insurance is available at their expense. A charge of 3% of the total order is applied for insurance. However, for orders exceeding $500 in value, Streetsigns.com provides shipping insurance at our own cost. In the event of shipping damage, the damaged goods must be returned before a replacement product can be sent. Please refer to the REFUNDS section of these terms and conditions for further information.
In the case of overnight orders that are completed ahead of schedule, we will ensure that a method is used to guarantee timely delivery. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
