PRODUCTION SCHEDULES:

Once artwork approval and payment have been received, production will begin. Each product page specifies estimated production times applicable only to business days (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed on the following business day.

Both the Customer and Streetsigns.com will adhere to established production schedules. In the event that the Customer fails to comply with the agreed-upon schedules, delivery dates may require renegotiation. However, Streetsigns.com will not be held accountable or penalized for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as war, riots, civil disorder, fires, strikes, accidents, government actions, acts of God, or any other unforeseen events. In such cases, the production schedules will be extended by an appropriate duration equal to the delay incurred.

ORDER EDITING:

Once an order has been processed by our accounting department, it becomes unalterable and cannot be edited in any manner.

ACCURACY:

We ensure that the spelling, sizes, and placement of colors in your proof are accurate. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact color accuracy due to the variations in computer displays.

These terms and conditions are binding for both parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. They will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without considering conflict of law principles. You are not allowed to assign or transfer these terms and conditions without the prior written consent of Streetsigns.com. These terms and conditions, including all referenced policies and agreements, constitute the complete understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and override any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. The failure or delay of a party to exercise any right, power, or privilege under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right, power, or privilege. Furthermore, the exercise of any right, power, or privilege, whether partially or in full, does not prevent the future exercise of that right, power, or privilege or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege. You and Streetsigns.com are considered independent contractors, and these terms and conditions do not establish an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
